Two septic system inspection visits per year include:

- Detailed inspection report with maintenance recommendations
Aerobic Treatment System Preventive Maintenance
Two comprehensive maintenance visits per year include:
- Clean aerator motor and filter thoroughly
- Test all system alarms for proper function
- Adjust floats as needed for optimal performance
- Add chlorine or check UV disinfection system
- Clean effluent filter to prevent drain field issues
- Complete septic system inspection and health check
- Detailed condition report with recommendations

Pump Coverage Details
Free and half-off pumping applies to tanks up to 1,000 gallons. Anything extra is billed at the normal rate.
Plan Coverage
Plan discounts only apply to work done by Coal Creek Septic. Damage caused by neglect or third-party contractors isn’t covered.
